High processor utilization after attempting to deinstall a module

Question

I have a challenge. I have installed a POS module and it is not doing what I expect. N0w I tried to uninstall it, and the system is running at 100% utilization. The Process that is causing the pain is python.
I am Running Odoo 9 on a Debian Server in Google Cloud.
When restarting the server, the high utilization simply restarts.

I think when you restart the server try to complete the last work of removing module , so utilization is restart, you can wait until removing is complete or goto pgAdmin and in module_module table change the status of POS module to installed or Uninstalled
