Given insufficient access rights, the edit symbol for company data should not be visible. My assumption is that you only checked with admin user?

To disable, find the corresponding view (probably in base/res/company_view.xml or something), inherit the view and remove the button altogether.
Hi.. Ludo - Neobis, I also need to disable this functionality including the admin user. Any other idea to hide this via code
