Hey
in the helpdesk module; are there certain tags that can be used to set the correct customer on a ticket?
Example:
I receive an email from a client with a question. I believe this should be handeld by the helpdesk so i'll forward that email to the helpdesk@xxxx.com.
The helpdesk module creates a ticket, but because i send the mail, i'm set as customer instead of the original customer.
Can i give ODOO hints to take the correct customer? (#customer "my customer name" or #email "emailaddress@customerdomain.com")
