Hi,


I have Odoo 13 Community. I tried to open up Vantiv account just to be able to use it with Odoo POS. I ended up opening up an account with Worldpay, as Vantiv was bought by Worldpay. So Odoo asks 2 things to integrate POS payments: 1. Merchant ID (which I have) and Merchant Password. The last one I can't figure out what to use. I tried entering many different combinations from myaccessiq.com Express Settings, like Access Token, my account password, etc... Does anyone know what exactly should be entered in those two fields to make it work? I have Magtek swipe device, and when I swipe card it pops up a small window and asks to retry, Invalid Credentials and shows Worldpay phone number.

You should contact Worldpay and ask them the API login and password associated to your account. FYI, the API that Odoo uses is the one of MercuryPay (that Vantiv had acquired before getting acquired by Worldpay). So you might want to tell them that you need the API login and password of the MercuryPay API.

Thanks a lot for replying! That's exactly what I did, they sent me those MercuryPay credentials, and it still didn't work, then I told them and they did something on their end and it started working.
