We communicate with customers on eg. stock.pickings chatter. We add them to the chatter and they reply to the email. The email is added to the chatter of the stock picking. But we didn't found a way to get a notification for this. Is there some configuration or OCA module to get a notification to see it as soon as the customer answers? or a list view to be able to see all the new mails from today. It's very important to see them timely.
We know it's in the discuss history but this is cluttered and not really helpful.
