I install OpenERP Version 7.0-20130723-231040 ON DESKTOP OS WINDOWS 8(i use the machine like server)

I install ftp_document module and when i try to access to server with any client(firefox, chrome, Nautilus) by using ftp protocole it is not run .

for example in firefox i do :

menu -> Knowledge -> Shared repository(ftp) -> ftp://admin@ip_of_server:8021/database_name

but i get impossible to access the server.
