In excel, prepare a sheet with all your product info: Name, Qty, Description, Weight, Size (all and any info you want to transfer to odoo). Make sure to properly name the Columns

then, in Odoo:

1.  Go into your Products (Either from Inventory, Sales, Etc., it doesn't matter how you get there:) 
2. On top, next to the word "Products", click on the gear icon then "Import records"
3. Choose your excel file, you will then be given a form where you can map the Odoo products fields to your excel fields. Make sure that the excel columns name are mapped to the proper Odoo field.
4. Click on the TEST button to make sure all is ok.
5. if all is ok, hit import and you are done.
