I have just started to play with my own fields - have seen this this from 4:20
So I've managed to create selection field (in 'sales order' model)that has two options (our company packaging & our distributor packaging)
The plan was to use this field to tell the storeman (thats me later in the day) which packing to use?
Does any one know how I can use the field from "sales order" model in the "stock picking out" model?
You should have a field sale_id in stock.picking. You could create a related field in your picking which points to sale_id -> packagingtype and then show that field in the delivery order.
