I am hoping you can assist. I am running Odoo 15 enterprise. I have a field sales team that I require to log calls after meeting with customers. the Odoo CRM app obviously does not work for this as this is a existing company and they are doing their standard call cycle seeing their customers.
Is there a app that Odoo have that allows field sales staff to log the calls made? I have been unable to find anything
Creating a completed "Phone Call" Activity directly on the Customer record?
You could create a separate 'sales team' for your field sales team and assign team members. This would also allow for having stages specific to their team.
CRM > Sales > Teams
Or
CRM > Configuration > Sales Teams
Each field visit could be an opportunity tracked to closure. (visit completed)

Thanks Everyone, The apps suggested were not correct so i used Studio and created our own app to allow for Call logging
