the expand all on pivot view is not working.
any idea about that issue?

That works when there are more than 1 criteria selected on rows or columns in the table. From the screenshot it difficult to say as only ‘Total‘ is visible.
Example in CRM you wish to view opportunities by sales team by customer in rows and expected closing as columns
