when sending mail from pipeline then it gives error in setting->technical->email->emails in mail Failure Reasons as follows
Error without exception. Probably due do sending an email without computed recipients.

Hi Sumesh,
Can you please check whether your mail has recipients with valid email or to email address configured or not.
If mail has not any one from them, then system logged this mail failure error.
Hope it will help you.
