Hi everyone, 

I had bought Emipro Odoo-Woocommerce connector for Odoo enterprise V13 a few years ago (for $450). I migrated my datebase recently to V16 and bought again the same Emipro module for V16 (paid another $450). However I got internal server error on V16 which was caused by the Emipro connector. I contacted them and they told they had changed their module data structure from V13 to V16 and I need to pay again to them so they migrate their own module data from V13 to V16. Just to clarify, this is their own module data and has nothing to do with my Odoo database migration. They requested me to pay another $450 (in addition to the $450 payment made for the V 16 module) so they migrate their own module data from my Odoo V13 database to V16. 

I just wanted to know if their request is legit? If a module data model changes from one version to the other, can the module developer charge the customer separately for the data migration of their own module in addition to the cost of the module itself?
