Email Notification - Per Date in Maintenance Schedule

Question

Hello Guys,

is there a way where we can send the email notification based on the date of the activity is scheduled? in maintenance, below activity is based on date and uploaded in bulk, what we want to do is to send reminder to assigned technician base on the date the maintenance is schedule.

You can define an automated action, as described here:

If you're in debug mode, you can liste the automated actions via Settings => Technical => Automated Actions. Or via Odoo Studio if you're using Odoo Enterprise.
Set the trigger to "Based on Timed Condition" and in "Action To Do" choose to send an E-Mail
