When I go to Accounting > Configuration > Bank Accounts, I can select my bank account but I can't see the details. I can't see Debit Methods, Show in invoices footer and payment method as in the following screenshot: https://www.cybrosys.com/blog/Uploads/BlogImage/how-setup-bank-account-in-odoo-1.png
Would anyone know why?

Odoo Community Edition only has an Invoicing app. Some basic Accounting functionality can be activated by selecting "Full Accounting Features" for a user, but as you have seen with the Bank account there may not be very much there!
In Odoo 12 there was more functionality as per the screenshot in your link.

There was a translation problem on my side. I thought I was in Accounting when I was in Invoicing > Configuration > Bank accounts. Since we were not at the same place, I can't expect to see the same thing as you. This seems to have changed in Odoo 13. I think the screenshot was from Odoo 12. A lot of the Accounting functionality is being removed from Community Edition.
Activate debug mode and try
Sorry it was a translation problem on my side. I thought I was in Accounting > Configuration > Bank accounts, when I was in Invoicing > Configuration > Bank accounts.
