I'm new to Odoo development and I'm working on customizing the Odoo 16 backend, and I'm trying to make the Dashboard background image and the text color of the application icons adapt automatically when the user switches between Light Mode and Dark Mode.

Currently, my custom background and text styles remain static, which leads to contrast issues when switching to the dark theme.

Just as the Navbar can be customized by inheriting and applying conditional styles in QWeb:

• Can the Dashboard (.o_home_menu) be customized to change the color of the app labels and change (to a dark version) or darken the background image, using the same QWeb/XML view inheritance methodology?

• If direct QWeb inheritance isn't the best option for this, is there a more practical and stable way to achieve it 

• Are there any known community addons or modules that already facilitate this kind of advanced theme customization work?
