Currently using odoo version 8.
When we send out quotations, there is a paypal button in the email. When the customer makes payment using the button, the payment is captured in paypal website. Unfortunately in odoo the quotation is not converted to a paid invoice.
Is this behaviour correct? Is there a module that needs to be installed for the paypal button in quotations to convert the quotation to paid invoice?
Not much idea regarding 8.0 but in 10.0 it is possible. Have a configuration on Payment Acquirer like what to do with SO/Quotation. 8.0 may be you can add same functionality that will wait for IPN and confirm/paid invoice based on IPN response.
