I am using odoo sh for the first time and I have a question. The price for a user and worker is different. And for example as I can see I can buy licence for 6 users but only 1 or as many as I want. My question is what is difference between these two and can I add 10 users while purchasing only 1 worker. Or what is optimal ratio of users per worker?

Users are the licensing cost. This has nothing to do with computer power. Workers are the processing power of database. Normally, one worker is enough for 25 concurrent backend users.
