Hello,


Following an unfortunate uninstallation of Odoo 11.0, I no longer have access to my database.


As a result of this uninstall, I only had the data file left in Odoo 11.0 \ PostgreSQL, so I reinstalled Odoo 11.0 believing this would solve the problem, but to no avail.


I also tried, after an uninstallation of Odoo and PostgreSQL, to redo a new installation then to reinstall the data folder in PostgreSQL but at launch the server responds Internal Server Error


I'm desperate someone could help me knowing that I'm just an Odoo user with no knowledge of PostgreSQL or Python.


Any help will be welcome, thank you for your help

Hello,

I live in French Polynesia and the notion of RGPD does not speak to me.

You say that if I have the base it is not a problem, I would like to believe you but for me it does not change anything because I do not know how to do it.

To be clear, after uninstalling Odoo 11.0, I only have the PostgreSQL folder with inside the base folder where there are 4 other folders named:

12368

12373

and 16393 which I think is my base.

Do you have a simple solution?

If you have your database it is not really an issue. Question is do you really have it. If you are in the EU make sure you do not upload your data anywhere without having the correct GDPR processing agreements.

If you want me to have a look, you can write me. I just spend whole weekend migrating data from openerp7 to odoo12.
