Is there any possible way if I am using Odoo online (without sh) and I want to make some customization (or upload any custom module) without odoo studio?

Hello Vivek,
You cannot add any custom code/module on Odoo online, this is a drawback of it. For the customization, you will have to either use sh or set up your own server on the cloud.
From the Odoo online, you can only download your database.
