Custom code: My Menu is not appearing, even though I see the Menu Item is created

Question

Hi All,
I have created a new model.

and create views and want to add a menu and submenu in the sale config

in menu items I'm getting the menu but not appearing the sale configurations.

what I'm missing or doing wrong here

Check the log files - you are probably being told your new model is missing Access Rights - without these nobody will see the Menu.
