Dear Community,

I have a problem with our Odoo setup recently when creating new users.

Current Setup:
We have all users accessing the instance through Google OAuth integration, just working fine. The deployment is done on Kubernetes in Containers.

Problem:
When I create a new user (via Emplyee-Action-create User), the user is properly created, he get's the token via mail. All fine up to that point.
Now, when he tries to login, both methods (Google and native password) yield the same result: Access Denied and invalidation of the token.

In the error logs I see:

ValueError: External ID not found in the system: base.user_admin
KeyError: ('ir.model.data', , 'base.user_admin')

Strange is: when the user chooses the Google method, the user profile still says never connected but if I look in the OAuth properties, the Token and UserId have been populated.

Any hint is highly appreciated as we are currently not able to add new users at all.

Thaks for the help,
David

I finally solved it by upgrading the base module in the Apps menu again.
