Hi, I am using Odoo v19 online
Is it possible to create a user that has a Microsoft shared mailbox email address as the login address?
Example: Team A has 3 people. They all have their own Microsoft account, and they are all part of the shared mailbox teama@company.com
Can I create a user in Odoo with teama@company.com address and have all 3 members log in to the account?
If yes, what are the limitations?

You can create an account that is shared by multiple people. Odoo doesn't prevent multiple people accessing a single user account at the same time, and it's a common approach when companies don't want to purchase a lot of licences.
The limitation is that you won't know who has done what in Odoo and it could be confusing.
