For the migration you need to do following things: 

1. First Changes in manifest files and update version

2. Changes in syntax py,xml,js etc files based odoo17

3. If any method changes in v17 replace with the method 

4. If you're facing any issues fixed those bugs as well.

Hi,

There is no other free modules available for spreadsheet dashboard in Odoo V17. You can download the V16 spreadsheet dashboard OCA  and migrate it in to V17.
