I'm trying to import a contact using an excel file and it's giving me the "Contacts require a name" error. The error is happening with more than this info, but I tryed to import the excel with only the following information. I can't figure out why this is happening. I already imported several contacts and never got an error. Can you guys help me?

You are importing the column B as company name field.
You have to change it and import the column B as name field.
Check it in attached images.

I always imported the contacts as company_name. Is there any diference between company_name and name in Contacts forms?

If you've designated a parent company for a contact, input the parent company name in the 'company_name' field.
If the 'parent_id' field in the contact details is already configured, there's no requirement to additionally populate the 'company_name' field.
