i to connect ODOO 10 with Asterisk, i read many papers on the internet, and i read the following article https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/how-to-install-configure-asterisk-elastix-pbx-to-odoo-86263
but i stuck in connectror-telephony project, i don't know how i can handle with that, where i installed pip on our windows environment and installed Asterisk, also i have access on Atrisk, but i dont know how i can enter and type that credentials.
can you help me please ?
Hello, Which version of Odoo are you on? The Asterik integration would be available for Enterprise version.
So you have installed asterisk on Windows? If you installed everything then simply test the connection from Odoo server to the asterisk(u can use telnet). To connect both things together simple use settings in Odoo to fill in the server address as well as the ports.
