Troubleshooting Checklist:

1. Check Routes & Rules:
   • Go to Inventory > Configuration > Routes.
   • Ensure the correct Manufacturing Route (e.g., Manufacture) is assigned to both warehouses.
   • Confirm both have the Pull From rules set properly for component movement.
2. Location Setup:
   • Verify that the internal locations for both warehouses are correctly linked under Inventory > Locations.
   • The warehouse where it’s failing might be missing correct source/destination locations for manufacturing.
3. Warehouse Configuration:
   • Go to Inventory > Configuration > Warehouses.
   • Ensure that Manufacture and 1-Step Manufacturing are selected for both warehouses.
   • Compare operation types (e.g., Manufacture Orders) to check if any discrepancies exist.
4. Operation Types (Manufacturing):
   • Navigate to Manufacturing > Configuration > Operation Types.
   • Make sure both warehouses have correctly defined operation types and they are not mixed up.
5. Stock Rules Overlap:
   • Conflicts may occur if a custom rule or an inherited route affects one warehouse only.
6. Scheduled Activities / Backorders:
   • Check for backorders or exceptions in the transfer for the warehouse not working.
