Dear all,


Here I am once again asking for help!


As we started using Odoo to send quotes and emails to our clients, we were told by them that it was going to the SPAM/Junk instead of the regular Inbox.


After researching on the community posts, I found a 2013 explanation that says it has to do with IP, websites and signatures.

Apparently, we need to have a static IP address and email.


Is there any place where I can find the instructions to follow, once we have the static IP address? What do I need to change, set?

Hey Luis,

If you Odoo is hosted on Odoo.sh or other Cloud hosting like AWS, Google Cloud or any other VPS, then you can use following addon to configure the users specific emails in each sales person users profile.
