using Odoo 17 online community free one app

I've previously successfully connected "Chase" bank accounts via Plaid to my database. I am using a multi-company database. In order to resolve some of the assess/page display permission issues, I was trying to reset and re-add my Chase/Plaid account sync connection under the correct company code. Now that I am trying to do this, I am not able to reconnect with Chase.

I've tried to do it via "Connect Bank" button on the Accounting Dashboard for existing accounts and also 2) by clicking on "Add a Bank Account" under the Configuration/Bank Accounts menu. I've also tried different browsers (Chrome & Safari).

When I try to connect the Plaid process runs successfully I get a success/confirmation email from Chase. But when I look in Odoo, the accounts are still not connected. In the "Online Synchronization" page I see "Not Connected" blank line. When I click on it, all of the info within is just blank.

Update: appears to be working now (a day later). I am guessing that the issue was on the Odoo side, where if you delete an existing connection it might take 24hrs, etc. to refresh until a re-do connection can be established.
