Is there a way to make lead/opportunity stage change to the next one, when Escalate button is pressed? For example let say there is one sales team and one parent sales team. Parent sales team is selected for lead and first stage is 'New'. When User presses button 'Escalate' (to change to parent team), it also changes stage to be the next one is (depending on sequence number). Any suggestions?
