I wanna to intall a module named "oecn_base_fonts",I just downloaded it ,and put the file into the path of "OpenERP 7.0-20130429-232454\Server\server\openerp\addons\",then I cannot find the module in the "setting/modules/apps"||"setting/modules/Installed Modules" in the openerp.By the way ,the environment is windows,and the version is 7.0-20130429-232454.

Did you Update the module lists?
Go to Settings->Modules->Update Module List. It will update the modulle list and then you can find your module.
I just find out three buttons under the Modules:1 Apps 2 Updates 3 Installed Modules;I tried click the 'Updates' ,then metioned 'No updates',where is the 'update module list'
Give access rights to user. Go to Settings->Users->Users: open form view and go to "Access Rights" tab and check "Technical Features" and refresh the page. Then you can see Update Module List option.
