Very interesting question, and we are looking something similar. But are more focused on the cost: Planned profit on sales versus actual cost.  We are using FIFO costing.

There is no such report existing in Odoo today.  But should not be to difficult to create.   I think I would try to use the model 'Stock Valuation Layer'. There you find both qty and cost. And add the field 'To consume' from model Stock Move, with link til the MO order. 

I once also looked at an APP that added BOM cost to the product.  Only material.  Then it might be easier to compare also cost of actual manufacturing with planned.
