My products have,
Barcode: 23121603
QR code: 23121603-1
I have already set up the barcodes to my products. I want to set up my nomenclature when a QR code like: 23121603-1 is scanned it's refereed to Barcode 23121603.
This is a single example and I have 1000s of products with varying lengths of barcodes and sometimes barcodes with a mixture of letters and numbers.
Please help me to find a solution. It doesn't have to be through Barcode Nomenclature and any other suggestions are appreciated
Hi,
I couldn't find a module or a better way to achieve the task for a POS session. So what I did was create alias nomenclatures for every single product. Ex:
Name : 23121603
Alias: 23121603-1
Barcode : 23121603
This works as needed but there is a increase in the loading time of POS session. Not sure what issues I will run up to in the future.
PS: When creating lines for nomenclature please note that the line order in which you add barcodes matter so make sure to add .* unit product barcode in the end

I am working on implementation of readking complex QR code. Not for POS, but for inventory and manufacturing. I came across this app:

And had a discussion with their sales department about specific functions we wouild need. The respons was they would develop what we need. And the cost estimate for that was OK.
