I am in a bit of search here.
I would like to make a payment transaction directly to the chart of accounts.
This saves lots of time as I do not need to record an invoice and a 2nd transaction for a payment.
Can someone advise how this can be done on Odoo.
Ver16.2.
On another software there was a dedicated BANK transactions, where I can process payments via journal entries. This saves us a lot of time.

Did you try creating a Journal entry directly for the payment without creating an invoice? If not try, please try creating an entry. FYI check this regarding journal entries and payments.
