Hi,

I am reaching out to inquire about the capabilities of the Odoo system concerning automated customer engagement, specifically for collecting product ratings.

While I am aware that Odoo supports the automation of email communications and can target customers based on their purchases, I have not been able to find a predefined email template that serves the purpose of collecting product reviews. 

My goal is to make it as convenient as possible for my customers to rate the products they have purchased, ideally directly through the email they receive, similar to how they can rate service on resolved helpdesk tickets.

Is there a way to set up such a system within Odoo? If a direct method isn't available, is there any workarounds or customizations that could achieve this functionality?
