i have created a field (Date Type) in document module. and this field is represent the document expiration date (some documents have expiration date and we have to renew it).
the problem is that i need the system to reminde me (via email) 1 month before the expiration date.
please help me in this.

Yes, you have to write a scheduled action to send an email before the day of expiration of that documentation. You have to manually prepare the email vals and need to create the mail model record and call the send action for the same record.

i can't write a comment on your answer.
So if i write scheduled action then i'll have to choose a specific date. and i have a lot of documents with expiration dates. i can't write a schdualed action for each document.
