I have a question about the kiosk mode to log attendances. Is there a way to combine the use of barcodes and PIN? I'd like to have this dynamic:
-Employees scans their badges
-They are brought to the PIN page
-They the PIN to complete the login

Yes, anything is possible with odoo, however you have to hire a developer to customize and write code for you. Don't expect odoo to give you everything for free the teams has already done a lot especially with odoo 17, contact an odoo developer and they customer features for you. Best of luck
