While a website is constructed, I would like to put the website under construction untill I it is finished first.
How do you do this in an easy way ?

The DIY method, I guess you could create a home page with "Under construction" and don't add the new pages to menu yet when you are constructing website.
After the pages are ready to online you can add to menus to set the new homepage and put the website online.
I don't see such feature yet, but I guess something will be available soon.
