After install the Theme Prime, in the link of website /shop i get this error , any ideia to solve it?

Odoo V15

Template fallback

An error occurred while rendering the template website_sale.categorie_link.

If this error is caused by a change of yours in the templates, you have the possibility to reset the template to its factory settings.

You can get more details about the error from Odoo log.

HI,

I am not sure about this will help you or not. But you can follow this,

Instead of, www.abc.com/web
Just try with url, www.abc.com

Then see if its render the page successfully or not.

HI,

theme_prime is a third-party module/app for running your store online with advanced features, So you need to contact to author of that app/theme and they give you a resolution for the above error.
