404: Page not found!--- got this error for password reset link??

Question

I configured odoo v8 with single database. when i am send reset password link to users .They can see 404:Page not found error . can't see the password reset page. How can i solve this issue????

Exactly the same error for Quotation link by email.
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.
I checked the logfile and I got this.
2016-01-11 23:48:28,702 32704 INFO odoo werkzeug: 192.168.0.23 - - [11/Jan/2016 23:48:28] "GET /quote/9/ HTTP/1.1" 404 -
I think I found the problem. this error is in relation with the list of database available in the Odoo server.
When removed all database excepted the master,

Check the link which was sent by email. You may also want to check the log file and the web.base.url system parameter. Check your proxy settings, if any.
