When a anonymous users tries to access the shop page of the web portal he gets a 403: Forbidden message.
I already tried some things like setting a template user with portal settings but to no success.
Anybody knows a fix for this?

If you have a standard installation this does not happen. You must have done something in your configuration to get this result.
I agree with your comment. It seems on the default demo of odoo it behaves differently.
