Hi,
When i add a symbols " ⬥ " in product description in sale module , i get it just fine.

but when i print it it's showing like a question mark .

I test this in runbot this work without an issue so i have a local issue , already try to install some fonts style "segoe ui symbol" , force report to use it but still not work .

Any Idea ?  thanks !
