i've added some employer.
When I open mine employer form I can see in Private Information -> Bank Account Number field.
But this field is not available for the other person. Why ? How can I show this field for each employer?

You need to give access rights to other users as 'administrator' or the 'manage all the employees' so the private address is visible for other users otherwise I think it will be not visible. Please check after giving the rights.
