The company provides construction and architectural design services. They plan to use Odoo mainly for project management: goals, tasks, budgets - everything. Before they started thinking about implementing an ERP system, all the planning and management of work processes was done manually using many different tools. The SEP was growing rapidly and this manual management was becoming inefficient, so the decision was made to move all resource planning and project management processes to one single system.
