Riviera believes a comprehensive program to reduce product risk and the associated threat of food-borne illness and food-related injury is necessary and key to our success. 

HACCP APPROACH 

Our program embraces the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points approach to the management of product risk. Our staff is trained in all aspects during the entire flow of production, storage & delivery.

FOOD HANDLING

Our team is trained and re-trained in all aspects of food safety. In the kitchen and on the production line, each staff member wears the appropriate uniform including a hair net, face mask, apron and gloves. 

INTERNAL AUDIT

Temperature checks and logs are conducted and used throughout the entire process from when ingredients come in the door, through the cooking, production, packing, storage and delivery of the final product to the client.
