PT. Prima Nusantara Permai

In 1985, PT. Prima Nusantara Permai (Nusantara Pearl Group) was established on Eastern Indonesian Island. They are known as one of the world's largest pearl producers.

Their vision goes beyond that. Nusantara Pearl Group is actively working to conserve the marine ecosystem while improving the living conditions of the locals on a remote Indonesian island.

The organization is now utilizing the Odoo system to streamline their main two operations workflow. The first is the Odoo Supply Chain (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Invoicing), followed by Accounting and Odoo Manufacturing. Second, HR-related tools, including Recruitment and Leaves/Timeoff app, are used to manage talent acquisitions and monitor recruitment processes amand employees' leaves.
