Brainvire addressed the challenges faced by the client by streamlining their transactional sales

order information. They removed irrelevant data and imported thousands of sales orders with

relevant details, enabling customers to access historical and recent sales order data in a multi-

company setting.

Brainvire also resolved issues with the need for proper accounting and invoicing systems. The

analysis of their Odoo system led to several changes, including removing obsolete journal

entries, activating bank live sync, and integrating Stripe payment sync. Also, they implemented

computerized journal and transactional reconciliation to resolve that, allowing faster and easier

payment reconciliation.

Furthermore, we upgraded their email system to SendGrid SMTP services, allowing them to

send and receive unlimited messages and emails. The Odoo-Shopify integration helped the

industry's top rug maker provide top-notch service to its online customers and gain a
