Novas specializes as an Australian interior product and service supplier, installer, and manufacturer, primarily serving customers in Australia. Architectural Doorware, Kitchen & Bathroom, Joinery, and Glass & Glazing are now the product categories covered in the projects.

Novas currently has three offices located in Melbourne, Shanghai, and Vietnam. The Novas Group Vietnam is the company's offshore branch, where designers and project managers work.

In the Vietnamese office, Novas partnered with Port Cities to implement Odoo applications, mainly for accounting processes. Additionally, Port Cities supported them in localized module installation and system setup for lead management.
