Company Description: MPS Ltd. is one of the top three advertising agencies in Malta, specializing in traditional media channels such as TV, radio, newspapers, and journals. With a strong reputation in the local advertising industry, MPS provides a wide range of advertising and media services.

Solution: Aviense migrated MPS from their previous system, Shireburn FSM, which had numerous limitations and could no longer meet their growing needs. Aviense then completed two phases of a multi-stage Odoo implementation. In Phase 1, we deployed Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, and Accounting apps, and in Phase 2, we integrated the CRM app, all with significant customizations to meet the specific needs of the advertising industry. These customizations helped build a vertical system tailored for the advertising sector. Phase 3, which will focus on Projects, Timesheets, and Manufacturing, is forthcoming.
