Because the current software DBfact is ending its support, Bovo has chosen Odoo. In addition to DBfact, Teamleader was also used for relationship tracking. However, this provided insufficient overview of ongoing appointments and incoming orders.

Therefore, Bovo chose Odoo: for more overview and integrated collaboration between sales, inventory, and purchasing. Field personnel and the warehouse in Retie will have more direct contact to ensure accurate follow-ups.

BOVO will implement Odoo in phases, starting operationally and then expanding to more activities to increase profitability over time.
