Due to security restrictions, you are not allowed to create 'Helpdesk Ticket' (helpdesk.ticket) records. Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.


I am getting this error message, I have even given the access to the employee but they are still facing this issue. Can someone help me with this?

100% it's a access right issue. Try giving this user  helpdesk.ticket model create access, also check it there is any existing access right in your database.
